The Installation
In the VR training, the trainees learn the procedure for safely securing the machine with a double block & bleed. In this way, the trainees perform the necessary actions in a safe manner and also keep a checklist. Before starting the VR training, the trainee, based on a PI&D diagram, develops a safety checklist together with the trainer. This is then performed in VR.
Because the practical training is now in VR, it is possible to train multiple situations. Not only the ideal situation, but also deviant situations. The training is completely generic. That means it can be used by all companies that work according to the Lototo procedure for securing machines and installations.
